SALARY: $16.00 TO $17.00/hr DOQ

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Under the direction of the Mayor and the Public Works Supervisor, performs a variety of routine, unskilled and semi-skilled technical, maintenance, and operations work in planning, construction, operation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of Public Works facilities and systems (sidewalks, storm drainage, streets and alleys, water, wastewater/sewer) for the City of White Sulphur Springs. These tasks include but are not necessarily limited to: responding to citizen requests for service or complaints; maintaining official records; performing minor repairs to equipment, troubleshooting equipment issues, operating various equipment, and tasks related to maintaining city infrastructure as well as parks and park facilities.

Valid D/L with CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire required.
