Growth Policy - February 2021

The purpose of a Growth Policy is to guige city officials and residents in addressing current and future actions and decisions affecting the community.

The Policy should provide clear, consistent decision making. The decisions should consider and focus on physical, environmental, economic, fiscal, and social characteristics of the City.
